Medieval Fantasy Town

I led a team of 9 (Kashyap Chaturvedula, August Fu, Ethan Zhao, Thomas Shaw, Praneel Chakraborty, Yuhan Liu, Rain Yan, and Dineth Meegoda) to create this medieval fantasy town. 

The town is generated using Maya and Houdini, the terrain was made in Gaea, everything was shaded in Substance, and finally rendered in Unreal. To the right is a little “trailer” our final results! (with Zelda music haha)

The trickiest part of this project was leading a team of varying experience levels and skill. Other than myself, it was pretty much everyone on the team’s first time using Houdini, and for several it was their first ever CG project! I'm super proud of how everyone's work came together in the end, and it was a great opportunity to lead a larger project.
